Reservations

All reservations must be received by 5 p.m. EST on Wednesday, January 20, 2010. Some events may sell out before this date, so reserve your spot early! Registration materials can be picked up between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Saturday, January 23, in the FitRec Center lobby. All tickets for Friday night events can be picked up at the event.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received by 5 p.m. EST on January 8 for a full refund; refunds will not be issued after that date. For more information, please contact Alumni Relations at 800-800-3466 or alumni@bu.edu.

If winter weather forces the cancellation of a sporting event or other Winterfest activity, a full refund will be issued as soon after January 23 as possible. Keep a watchful eye on your local television station or call 800-800-3466 for weather-related information.
